The standard furniture consists of an executive desk with return, upholstered ergonomic and color coordinated executive chair, two visitors' chairs and filing cabinet, color matched to the surrounds Naturally, additional furniture of similar high quality, e.g. small meeting tables, extra desks, etc. is available.
Your office is carpeted, air-conditioned and cleaned daily. Electricity, council and state rates or building levies are included in the office rental.
You have access 24 hours a day seven days a week. However for your protection our buildings are security accessed and the lifts are closed off between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. Security cards are required for access ensuring that unauthorized persons are unable to enter the floor.
